I said I would be happy with 215#, but then I got under 222#... and ultimately had to be happy with 217#. Also, this picture makes me certain that 5/8 of my body is femur. 😂
Anybody else feel better lifting immediately after a bit of cardio? I know I’m not alone.

This was my old 1RM OH squat and I smashed it for 5 reps and I weigh a lot less than I previously did😂😂. I love seeing progress 🏋🏻. .

The undermining of the rod.
This is a very important movement. It depends on how high the rod will take off. Demolition height and stiffness. After the explosion, your body should straighten as much as possible into the string. You have to be stretched- it will give maximum acceleration to the bar.
