Went for a deadlift PR today at 440lbs, wasn’t feeling too hyped, and I didn’t have music on since I was filming and got wrecked LOL. Ehhh, I’ll get em next time. No worries.
In other news, I’m currently down 14lbs since I started #SummerShredding on March 15th. Keeping on the grind. Disney weekend had me overall shook diet wise but been back on track lol.
Today’s deadlift work included:
135x10, 225x10, 315x4, 365x1, 405x1, 405x1, 420x1 and then my failed attempt at 440. #StriveForGreatness
