Easiest Breakfast Bites Ever!
I used four ripe bananas that had seen better days and no one in my household was going to eat and mashed them up.
Took two cups of oats, just regular old fashioned oats (1/2 a cup per banana) and mixed them in and that my friends is the basic batter, if you wanted you could just scoop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 15mins on 180c or you can mix it up a little and add some dried fruits to the mix. I used cranberries this week, some weeks I chop dried apricots, raisins and if I'm being super nice I sometimes add choc chips.
