Today’s workout was a good one! Targeting back, a little bit of bicep, and did some ab work today.
Ab work is a little hard for me. I have an umbilical hernia so anytime I do large amounts of ab work, I begin feeling sick. Now that’s not to say I don’t do it. Never write off an illness as an excuse! Push yourself as much as you can you’ll surely see results.
In other news, it should be a crime to look this good for the gym 🤗🤗
