I made this delicious #whole30 day 19, feeling like crap, want to curl in a ball, lift-you-up, soup. I made something similar yesterday but was feeling like my body needed some soup to get it feeling even better.
Sweet potato purée
Beef bone broth (say that five times fast)
Balsamic roasted onions
Parsley, rosemary, thyme, S&P
I let this simmer for a while so all the flavors could really mellow together. 🍲
