•Levator Scapulae

Using a release like the one shown in this video 👆🏽helps to release the muscles from the restricted position and create a better movement within the shoulder complex and bring down the shoulder.

1️⃣Find the upper tip of the scapula.
2️⃣Place the lacrosse ball and lean into the wall

This little guy has been my best friend for the last couple of days!! I have been super sore, deep in my muscles and this ball right here is sooo amazing!! It reaches deep in your muscles and catches the ones you can't get to. Kind of hard to use from the beginning but, once your get use to it, it's a piece of cake. It kind of hurts as well if your not use to deep tissue. It hurts so good if you are use it tho lol.. #massagetherapy #massageball #deeptissue #balltherapy #triggerpoint
