If you are suffering from joint pain or knee dysfunction try this exercise to give some slack to your kneecap system.
Place a lacrosse ball right above the kneecap and apply pressure and floss until you can feel a change happening. ・

1️⃣ Place a lacrosse ball just above the kneecap.
2️⃣ Relax the thigh and start flossing the ball from side to side, rotating the knee inwards and outwards.
3️⃣ If you find a sweet spot, stay on it, bend in and straighten out the leg a couple of times. Then move on the the next spot.
*️⃣ LISTEN TO YOUR BODY - adjust the ball and the pressure so you can relax and breath. And STAY AWAY from the kneecap itself.
