⚒DRILL WORK- 180 degrees finger tip taps, working on strengthening our fingers. Your finger tip strength is critical to having a complete handle!! ❌Don't just work on pounding the 🏀, make sure to mix in fingertip strength drills like this one into your handle routine. •
Almost every "skill" you have in your game contains some form of handling the basketball🏀. A great handle can be one of the biggest assets in developing other layers to your game. With a tight handle you won't have to 😱😱worry or think about "where is the ball at now?!?". You will be able to focus on 📚reading the defense and in all shooting off the dribble situations your focus can shift to getting on balance ⚖️ and in rhythm 🎶 instead of trying to pick up the basketball cleanly. Having your handle tight is so much more important than just being able to dribble cool 😎. Тут делаю акцент на работу ног при броске после обыгрыша.✔✔✔
Как многие знают при броске одна нога должна быть на полстопы впереди другой.
🔸У правши - правая.
🔸У левши - левая.
Также носки должны быть повернуты в сторону.
🔹У правши - влево.
🔹У левши - вправо.
Все это необходимо в первую очередь для того, чтобы шутера не скручивало в воздухе и бросок был стабилен.

❗Как раз с этим разворотом и выбросом ноги вперед у детей бывают проблемы. Поэтому необходимо научить их чувствовать свое тело и уметь разворачивать корпус в воздухе.🏀🏋🔝

To be an effective basketball player for an entire game YOU have to get your body in shape. Moving quickly back and forth, jumping, diving and doing other things puts a strain on your body. If YOU have not prepared your body for game action YOU will struggle to PERFORM and YOU will be exposing yourself to potential injury. The basketball players in this video are Karolina (@karolinabball) a 9 year old, 4th grader from the State of Florida and her 6 year old brother Adrian (@adrianredhooper).
