It's been 2 weeks since I've last worked out. I'm glad I listened to my body & what it was telling me. Now that I'm 100% better, it's time to continue making progress & getting the results I want. Rylie wanted in on the workout too! While waiting for my chance to purchase 21 Day Fix Extreme & try it out (it happens to be on special this month 😜), I will be restarting T25 as my "filler" workout.
