You are free to just be. All you need to do is train your mind. Remind yourself at every instant you remember to do so that you are already free, remind yourself you already have it all (even if you cannot now realize it). Do this each hour, do this each day, and your capacity to hold the thought pattern you want to hold will increase. It’s weight lifting for the mind. Challenge yourself to be in control of your thoughts, knowing that what you think about you will bring to you. For the universe only knows one word: yes. I already have everything? Yes. Yes, we do.
