Not all about that lifting life. I absolutely love it and clearly do a lot of it and put a lot of effort into it. But there are other things I enjoy doing a lot too. Love love love boxing. There is something about being able to smack into those boxing pads. The feeling and sound it makes is awesome 🥊
I love how the body is able to do many things. How it's capable of being strong, powerful, fit, fast and have endurance. Some will be better and more emphasized then others, but overall I love how my body can lift heavy things, do some HIIT, go for a 10km run, box and do some yoga.
Our body are just amazing! Do what you love - do what you enjoy doing - do what makes you happy!
