This morning I spent a bit of time reflecting on some things from the last few months. Some a great, some not so much, but it all balances out. Being someone who often over analyses and thinks I have to constantly remind myself to let the past go and enjoy the day to come. Things are constantly in flux, and if you dwell on past then you'll never move forward. If you focus too much on the future you'll never enjoy the present. So I try to focus on what I'm doing now. This moment. At this time. Enjoy and work with that, because you can't change the past and you can only guess for the future. But today is happening right now. 🙏🏽 📸 @linzeplin 👖 @niyama_sports
“Your hand opens and closes, opens and closes. If it were always a fist or always stretched open, you would be paralysed. Your deepest presence is in every small contracting and expanding, the two as beautifully balanced and coordinated as birds’ wings.” -Rumi . . . Tree pose play from today ❤ . [Video speed ×2]
Decided to try what seems to have been the posture of the week last week... Conclusion: getting into it from #downwarddog looks easier than it is. All I can say, not landing on my ass proved to be challenging. Still, an awesome #stretch and #balanceplay !
