Now, to clarify, uncovering my triggers didn’t all come to me at once.
A girl can only wish.
It took a lot of time, digging, dedication and me continually showing up for myself.

It was worth every damn second.
Because I was finally able to uncover what was going on beneath the food and get to the root cause of what was keeping me stuck.
