2️⃣ Burpee + Push Up jump over (Burpee: Squat, plank, push up, jump)
3️⃣ Tap dancer (LOL MY HUSBAND NAMED IT THAT!) Set Up a plank and tap your feet on the outside of your same side hand.

lol I feel like I ate so much today looking at it now in a picture😂 but in reality I just smacked a lot🤷🏼‍♀️ so here's a #FDOE bc I feel like it #ok 😜 also just to show you that there is nooooo need to deprive yourself before a holiday in order to "earn" dessert or whatever, your body needs fuel Every. Damn. Day. And if it gets more one day, so be it, use that food for the gains🍑😉 Also I said this before, but ima say it again: I do NOT eat "clean"🙄 I eat a balanced diet of foods I LIKE. So yeah there's gonna be some artificial sweeteners & stuff in there but #idontgiveaF*** 🤷🏼‍♀️ ok now that that's outta the way here's the eats👇🏼



1st "meal" #notreally but idk what else to call it: collagen coffee w/ sugar free vanilla creamer and stevia. Code "Flava10" for 10%off @furtherfood collagen peptides.
"Brunch": 2 pieces high fiber toast w/ 1/2 mashed avocado, 1egg +2 whites scrambled together with veggies + feta cheese, and 2 natural turkey sausage links.
Pre work out: chocolate chip sea salt peanut butter @perfectbar
Post work out: mini bell peppers & sugar snap peas dipped in 1.5 servings of @hummustir + one serving of lime fresco @livelovepop popcorn (best hummus brand and best popcorn brand FYI❤️).
Another snack: a small apple and a light string cheese.
Dinner: 4oz rotisserie chicken breast, sautéed mixed frozen veggies topped with liquid amions and parm, and roasted sweet potato chunks dipped in sugar free ketchup.
Post dinner chocolate: 1packet fat free hot chocolate mixed with 1scoop @nuzest_usa cacao mint quick vita kick mixed in hot water and then topped with (lotz) of FF Redi whip😛 also 2 squares of @eschocolate (un pictured). Night cap: 2 caramel rice cakes each topped with 1 serving (4T total) of @pbtrimmed salted Caramel peanut powder, honey, and pink salt + Great value brand (😂) light and fit vanilla Greek yogurt topped with a small sliced banana and 1/2c of frozen unsweetened raspberries!
Random drinks besides water: 2 green tea caffeine packets bc #addict 🙃🤦🏼‍♀️
Total: About 2200cals. 255C/80F/135P.

Do you have triggers that are preventing you from having a healthy, connected, feel-good relationship with food?🙁 I ask because just over 3 years ago I was feeling completely imprisoned and at war with food.

And I kept getting stuck because the same old damn triggers kept popping up, over and over again.

Now looking back, I can see how CLEAR these triggers actually were.

But before I uncovered my own triggers and learned how to deal with them, I didn’t even realize how blocked or stuck I was feeling.

I just thought I was a failure, or that I didn’t have enough ‘willpower‘.
Maybe it was that I wasn’t ‘motivated‘ enough and I was just being lazy.

Or that I was broken, and would NEVER figure out how to have a healthy relationship with food.

But that wasn’t the case at all!
I just wasn’t aware of what was going on.

So, what’s a diet ditcher to do when she can’t seem to get connected, eat intuitively or break the binge-diet-cycle once and for all? 🤨

Simple.

Pay attention. 🔦

Yup, that’s right.

I started to take note of where I kept getting stuck, and I kept asking myself WHY.

I was my very own Sherlock Holmes.
And I freakin’ handled that magnify glass like a #BOSS.

Now, to clarify, uncovering my triggers didn’t all come to me at once.

A girl can only wish.

It took a lot of time, digging, dedication and me continually showing up for myself.

And you know what?

It was worth every damn second.

Why?

Because I was finally able to uncover what was going on beneath the food and get to the root cause of what was keeping me stuck.
