We're going to go about making weight for our meets a bit differently this year.

Instead of running our meet prep in conjunction with dieting, we're going to diet a bit now while we're still running our off-season programming.

That way, when it's time to start our meet training cycle, we can solely focus on training and fueling well for it.

I (๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿ‘‘) will be doing a mini cut for about 4 weeks or so. I am currently at 121/122 and i compete at 113/114. Will, is going to diet for a bit longer to drop a weight class, down to 181.

The great thing about powerlifting, is that it's taught us to love and be proud of our bodies no matter what they look like on the outside. They do a lot! Heath, physical AND mental will always be a priority.

Good morning guys and happy Tuesday! Iโ€™m feeling SO MUCH better today after a good rest and plenty of food - it really is so important to let our bodies heal when they need it! Anyway tried the @swolesomefoods chocolate hazelnut cookie after loving their bars and this was a winner too! Ever so slightly chewy (but not at all dry) and super chocolately with added chunks and that melty Nutella like middle (swipe for close up) was just the dream ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿช

Bringing back the Protein Cheesecake! ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿฐ

This has to be my favorite sweet tooth fix to date, because its is trulyyyy resemblant to a real cheesecake- thick, creamy, and so delicious ๐Ÿคค
.
In a large bowl, beat together the following
-2 8oz packages of fat free (softened at room temp) cream cheese -2 8oz containers of plain nonfat Greek yogurt
-2 whole eggs
-2 egg whites
-2 scoops of @1stphorm Cinnamon Cake Batter protein (such a delicious flavor- link for free shipping in bio!)
-1-2tbsp stevia or no calorie sweetener .
Mix until smooth, pour batter into sprayed pan. Bake at 250 for 30min then 300 for 40-45min. Let cool then place in fridge overnight to finish setting! Slice into 8 servings
