This is a care package from a momma to a big kid who is off to University! How wonderful to be able to send along such beautiful TLC when your wee gal is suddenly grown and beginning to adult!
I’m suggesting these three oils with a focus on supporting stress, anxiety and the peaks and valleys of emotion, as well as sleep support through the routine use of any combination of these.
On top of the diffuser is Cedarwood. It is known to have natural sedative properties as its aroma elevates serotonin - yay - which is converted into melatonin for good sleep. Individuals also diffuse the aroma to support mental focus, and emotionally it is described as the oil of community, in that it promotes feelings of connection. I use it in many blends including my deodorant blend, and mixed with Lime essential oil and coconut oil as a chest-cough balm. Sometimes I tell Tanner to tab it on his moustache! #naturesdiffuser
Balance, doTERRA’s Grounding Blend: This is very popular for those with hectic lifestyles (so basically everyone), stressful transitions, recovering from upset, and has been shown to help the body quickly return to homeostasis. I love its Frankincense content, as well as Blue Tansy and Roman Chamomile, plus gentle wood and floral essential oils. It is pre-mixed into Fractionated Coconut oil as a carrier oil that helps the blend stay on the skin longer so that the chemistry is absorbed rather evaporated. It is usually applied on the soles of the feet, all over the ears, or along the spine. People use it for all kinds of stress: shifts at the bar, messy divorce, bee sting recovery, etc. I even use it to zap small annoyances and everyday things like drinking too much espresso and then reading the news!
#savingthebestforlast Clarycalm Roller! doTERRA’s Monthly Blend for Women! This is a staple of the oily life, most commonly used topically and aromatically on the back of the neck and/or in a smiley face on the lower abdomen and/or lower back. It is known to help smoothen out many uncomfortable aspects of the monthly hormonal cycle, physically and emotionally. #imomsohard #icyclesohard
I could say so much more about these beauties…
