I mean this is the closest I have ever come to #HandstandPress from #Baksana. And I only tried few days ago and had to use head support to lift at all. It felt amazing to feel my knees going up even a little. My @infinitystrap was a great help in this yet another #YogaBreakthrough. . .
How to: Fingers spread, ground into all 4 corners of the palms. Hinge forward lift up out of wrists, up out of shoulders. Keep the elbows aligned to point back, but actively squeeze the elbows in towards the body.
