Two Birthdays to celebrate today. My Dad's and my Uncle's. So to mark the occasion I made some Mango Cheesecakes with mango jelly centres, topped with a blue ombre white chocolate mirror glaze and vanilla gel spray for the little droplets and the white splatter. The design was inspired by one of my favourite artists on insta, @larissa.blokhuis. The other dessert, lurking in the background here, is a Salted Black Sesame, Honey tart using a recipe by the amazingly talented lady and my cake-crush, @lioroooosh. Go and drool over her delicious creations!
