OVERNIGHT OATS 😋 I follow this simple measuring tools for overnight oats. I know there is a million recipes for overnight oats, but once you find that one it's hard to make others. I will be posting my recipe tonight 👌🏻 1. Always start with your oats so they soak up as much milk as possible during the night.
2. Add your milk or protein shake to the jar.
3. Add your toppings or mixes; peanut butter, chocolate chips, pecans, walnuts, yogurt, cream cheese, fruit, veggies, etc... 4. Place lid or cover put in fridge overnight or at least 4 hours
