Salad greens (today is spinach, kale, & romaine), baked chicken, sweet potato, banana peppers (sometimes pickles instead), roasted red peppers (usually its tomatoes & cucumbers but I'm all out), and Dijon Vinagriette (dijon mustard, raw apple cider vinegar, & avocado oil) or sometimes I mix a mashed avocado with the cider vinegar instead if I have avocado on hand.
