Let’s talk ALERGY TESTING RESULTS, while I enjoy my baked #vegan oatmeal muffins
👉🏻Yesterday I went to an allergy, asthma, and sinus doctor, where I got 180 of the most common allergies tested (I will explain more in my story if you are wondering why I went), but you guys voted to see the results on here.
What am I allergic to⁉️
🌳Environment: tree mix (east 6), hickory, box elder, bermuda grass, sage, ragweed, yellow dock, and mold .
🐶Animals: dogs, cats, rabbits, cattle, hogs, canary, horse, guinea pigs .
🍴Food: egg whites, ginger, green pepper, cherries (*side note: this test only looked at allergies, not intolerances) .
✖️Other: corn smut, plant fungi, candida.
🤷🏼♀️What do these mean⁉️
👉🏻 I was pricked/lightly “injected” with all 180 allergens, then waited 15 minutes to see if I had a reaction. Increased redness, swelling, and itchy feeling means that you have an allergic reaction to that allergen .
👉🏻 I think I plan to start allergy shots, which my doctor believes I will greatly benefit from! I have not fully committed, but if I decide to, then I will have to get shots on a weekly basis for the first 3-6 months, but after that, it reduces to once a month (I think) until you have no more reactions!
