Can you tell I’m in the fall spirit?😋I don’t have school today, so obviously had to spend a lazy morning trying out @cleaneatsbytay baked oats for the first time! This is the apple cinnamon #bakedoatsbytay and well, guys, I’m gonna be honest, I can’t really smell or taste anything today so I can’t give a truthful description of how it tastes, but the texture was great😂 (think an apple crisp) so that means it must be delicious. Plus it gives you all the cozy fall vibes! The takeaway of this post is that I’ll definitely be making baked oats again when I can properly enjoy them, and you should too!
@cleaneatsbytay Apple Cinnamon Baked Oats (aka apple crisp for breakfast): preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk (I used steel cut oats so I did 3/4 cup of milk), 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 heaped tsp cinnamon, and 1/4-1/2 cup chopped apples. Pour into a greased small oven-safe dish and leave in oven for about 25 minutes. Let cool before topping.
