Those days off teaching when you can work a bit on extras 🎉😁 For the first time this week I've felt different while working on my bakasana B. I've found a new engagement of the legs and the core which I never felt before that has allowed me to balance while taking the ties as much as I can towards the chest. The way is still long, though for the first time I've now got the feeling that, with practice, I can get to it 😍
Day 3 #begintoinvert challenge is #crow pose, #kakasana#bakasana . The very first arm balance that most yogis find would be the crow. I remember when I was doing my teacher training how excited I was to get into the crow. I still find it challenging until today. So much to work on. Lifting the knee higher and getting a little lighter. . I have chosen to practice the one leg crow today as it is one of the more challenging variation that I don't practice much. The struggle was so real, I had almost forgotten how to lift the leg off. But it feels good to be able to stand on my hands again. . Keep practicing yogis .
