#Consistency and #accountability. That is the name of the game!
Several weeks ago I made a post talking about how I had fallen back to my, very bad, #undereating habits. 😫
There is no circumstances under which this is a good thing... But it becomes a bigger problem when you are going through an intense physical training program.😯 At that point, I had made a #commitment to track my meals in order to ensure I was getting the proper nutrition my program required. 🤔
It took a #shift of #mindset to do something like this. But in the end, I am finally seeing a #payoff for my work. The #results are coming, and I couldnt be happier!😄 The nutrition portion of this program is divided into 6 brackets. Depending on your current weight, its the bracket you fall into.🍽 The first few weeks ended up with me actually gaining weight! So not the results I was looking for! 😲
Well, after fixing my nutrition issue, I am finally able to say I have dropped from the bracket I had started with!!! 🎉
