For Twisted Bear, feet are in teaser position and hands are on low hand rails. As you pull your knees in, front knee touches opposite elbow. Bend the elbow in slightly to really target that oblique. Last strong workout before slowing thing down for ironman Ohio. It was a scorcher out there 🔥 so I decided to wear my super sexy running outfit. Also gives me a good chance to show off the hard work tan lines and those monster 😈 quad muscles.
