A perfect BAD example:
1️⃣ Over-prepping / over-thinking on lockout - Get the mind right and just Go! 7th set SO WHAT? #justdoit. If you fail, you fail. Accept failure and improve. Sometimes it's not even about the weights. It's the mindset. No fake captions needed to make ourselves look good.
2️⃣ Not keeping my knees fwd/out during the prep.
3️⃣ Feet too far/close for power.
4️⃣ Stripper deadlifts - bad for the back, legs, butt, errthang.
5️⃣ Rounded back - unnatural spine w heavy weights = obvious danger that's NOT worth the ego.
6️⃣ Fugly face - A million facial gestures on my way up meant that there was a huge lack of focus and confidence. Eyes staying forward and laser focus is the only way to go. Even though I hated the music, it's no excuse.
7️⃣ Activated the wrong muscles - lacking my lats.
