Still thinking about last Saturday's dinner at @ladyofthehousedetroit ✨ It was about 50% vegan and 100% delicious starting with this tomato toast with housemade ricotta, pickled scallion and nasturtium (had to google this), followed by the farm green salad, and bay of fundy salmon with pasta, swiss chard, potato leek curry, and aleppo pepper. The table next to us ordered the whole roasted chicken and it came out on a gorgeous platter with challah migas, maitake mushrooms, and celery, served family style. I think baddbae wanted to join their family for the night.
