Post workout feels = HANGRY AF.
And because I'm hellbent on being strong, having a phatty AND being lean (yes, all of the above are possible at one time), I'm shoving my face hole with:
▪️7oz of chicken breast...
▪️1 cup of kale + black eyed peas...
▪️1.5 cup of couscous, with extra veggies CAUSE veggies are the shit...
