Couple lift! A relationship isn’t always perfect! You’re always going to have ups and downs and challenges! It’s almost impossible to see eye to eye with someone on everything! But just as everything in life it’s how you battle that adversity and get past those challenges as a team together that you grow stronger and better as a unit!
I’m lucky enough to have found someone that loves lifting and fitness as much as I do! We share a passion that runs deeper than some of the everyday bullshit we face as a couple! We don’t always see the world the same way and even what we do in the weight room , but we always push each other and propel each other to get better in everything we do! @lauraeidam is my number one fan, my number one motivator, and most importantly my number one love in my life and best friend ! She’s the reason I do what I do and she’s the only reason I’ve gotten to this point in my career! It’s been a crazy 3 years or so together but we’ve accomplished every dream we’ve had to this point and we’re working toward the next set!
Hopefully everyone is as luck as I am to find someone like @lauraeidam!

▪️Tire press then over head carry: 25 yards down and back, 10 press’s and both ends. .
