So today ends my 8 week grind. Towards the end of winter break up until 8 weeks ago (first pic is 8 weeks ago) I ate like crap because I gave up on my dreams of getting abs. I was so close but I guess just mentally killed myself. Eating like crap for 3 ish months put a lot more damage on my body than I had originally imagined. But I am happy with how much my body has changed in the last 8 weeks and am super close to where I want to be. Not giving up ever. So Huge shout out to @badasscassfit_ for her continuous support! I feel way more comfortable in my skin and I feel invincible! #badasscassfit

I love Monday! Why because it's the start of another week of working out, an other week closer to my goals! What motivates you? For me it's reaching my goals.
What happens if I fall short? What happens is I get angry and even more determined to reach it. I want it more. The same thing happens when I do reach it because I will always want more!

Workout: chest, triceps, shoulders, traps, and cardio.

3 sets 10-15 reps.
Bench press, incline bench press, cable crossover, Arnold press, dumbell overhead tricep extension, side lateral raises with a superset of front raises, dumbell shoulder shrugs, tricep rope pushdown, face pulls, single arm cable tricep pushdown.
Cardio: 20 min elliptical.

⭐️long post ⭐️Last few days I've been wearing tanks and shirts that used to be extremely tight on me back in march/April. They used to show every roll I had and my gut that I was gaining from when I stopped working out back in December through march. I was about to throw them out because I didn't think I'd get back down to being tiny again. But I kept them because it was motivation to be the best version of myself physically. Now the shirt is extremely baggy and the tank doesn't even touch the tip of my tummy.

I didn't start researching diet until these past 12 months and more extensive in the past month. I just worked out and left it at that for all these years because I was comfortable to an extent with it. Thinking that as long as you worked out you'd get the results you want. But after taking nutrition classes and kinesiology type classes definitely turned my head the other direction. Nutrition is half the battle people!!!! Used to think that I'd never get those abs that I wanted. But I remembered snookies healthy transition and anything is possible and now I'm getting an outline of my abdomin because of nutrition and the workout regimen for me! When you're passionate about something you go for it and I'm glad I didn't give up fully. With the help of a person I hold near and dear to my heart pushing me back in March I can't thank that person enough. That was the support I needed. And As well as @badasscassfit_ for giving me a plan to go after.
