I love Monday! Why because it's the start of another week of working out, an other week closer to my goals! What motivates you? For me it's reaching my goals.
What happens if I fall short? What happens is I get angry and even more determined to reach it. I want it more. The same thing happens when I do reach it because I will always want more!
Workout: chest, triceps, shoulders, traps, and cardio.
3 sets 10-15 reps.
Bench press, incline bench press, cable crossover, Arnold press, dumbell overhead tricep extension, side lateral raises with a superset of front raises, dumbell shoulder shrugs, tricep rope pushdown, face pulls, single arm cable tricep pushdown.
Cardio: 20 min elliptical.
