ARM DAY 👊🏼 I’ve been really trying to work on zee arms so I thought I’d share this BOMB TRICEP CIRCUIT 🙌🏼 I struggle with triceps, they hurt. They’re boring. So I’m spicing it up with these moves

1️⃣ 20 medicine ball tosses | squeeze elbows at side to keep triceps engaged

2️⃣ 8 tricep push-ups | keep elbows pinched at side. You can do these on your knees for beginners and take out the medball. If you have weak wrists, try doing them on dumbbells

3️⃣ 10 close-grip barbell press (my fave ever tricep move) to skullcrusher

Complete each move back to back and repeat for 3-4 sets depending on how tired you are, I’m just trying to demolish my arms so 4 sets for me lols

I always warm up with pull ups/chin ups before upper body workouts. After my back injury (and being pregnant), I had to regain my strength to do this again. I'm still working on my trap as it's just not the same, but I'm happy I've progressed. For a nice change up, try the shifts side to side at the top of the pull up and do them slowly while descending. Not easy...!!!! Burbuja inmobiliaria, boom económico, Baby-Boom 💣 y creo que hoy en día hay un Fit-Boom. Hoy en día el cuidarse está al orden del día y lo comparto 💯 x 💯!! Debemos cuidar nuestra salud ya que es nuestro sustento. Pero a través de IG ha surgido la expansión-explosión del mundo del fitness, que este fin de semana tiene su mayor exposición en el ACE (Arnold Classic Europe 💪). La evolución del fitness ha llegado a tal que se postea cada comida, lo que haces, mientras trabajas, mientras estás en el baño. Creo que ni tanto ni tan poco, creo que hay que ser comedido con lo que uno muestra y que el contenido de lo que expone debe ser con un fin a ser posible educativo, y en menor medida entretenimiento. Pero de ahí a postear cada suspiro, cada legaña que te quitas o cada mordisco que das hay un mundo. Cada persona elige que camino debe seguir ✅ y como quiere mostrarse ante las RRSS. Mi visión es mostrarme tal y como soy en cada foto (estados actuales), cada Storie (intentar aportar contenido de entrenamiento-nutrición) y en cada aportación conseguir que todos aprendamos algo. A muchos les puede gustar y a otros no claro está, no se puede agradar a todo el mundo. Mejor ser uno mismo y agradar a 5, que ser algo que no eres y agradar a 10.
