Если протеина употребляется слишком много, мы в положительном баллансе азота, что тоже плохо, в этом случая могут возникнуть серьезные проблемы со здоровьем.
Моя рекомендация 1.2 грамма протеина на килограмм веса и до 1.5 грамма на киллограм, при условии активных тренировок.
