BACK TRAINING VARIATIONS...

Here’s a few rope based, back training exercises that you could look to add into your training regime.
-
I would add these into your second back session of the week. In your first session look to do your basic, compound movements using free weights to build strength and size then add these cable/rope movements into your second session where you focus more on isolation and getting a pump on.

Here I’m doing:
-
1) Bent Over Cable Rows - 4x 15 reps.
2) Cable Pull Overs (Rope Attachment) - 4 x 15/20.
3) Knelling Rope Pulldown - 4 x 12/15 reps.

You’ll notice I’m using a pretty slow tempo throughout each rep and set. The reason for this is that I find it helps me engage with my back more. If you don’t always feel your back movements in the right places try slowing your tempo down. The weights you’re lifting might even need to drop as a consequence of the slower tempo and increased time under tension.

這個動作跟一般的划船較為不同的地方在於:手腕有旋轉,比一般的划船更能完全地感受背部的發力。
如果還沒試過的可以試試看這動作🤗
建議還是先練多關節的主要動作(引體向上、划船等)
完成以後再加入4組,以高次數(12-15)下完成背部訓練💪
🔹肩胛往下往後收
🔹手肘靠近身體
🔹起始動作手心朝下看(拇指朝內)
🔹動作完成時手腕往外旋轉(拇指朝外)
