A post after almost two weeks!
Unfortunately I've been sick and not my self the last two weeks. It started with the usual viral but I'm still fighting joint pain in a few places. This is probably the worst thing for a person who loves to move 😅
The reason I'm writing this is because I know how you can get affected mentally when something like this happens. When you can't do what you love, when you can't follow your routine, doubts start creeping in. But I'm glad to say I'm fighting off the negative thoughts and so can you!
I know a lot of people who have fallen ill this month. Just trust the universe to heal you and know that nothing is permanent.
Being positive mentally can also go a long way in improving you physiologically. I'm finally going to start working out today. I might not be able to do half the things I was doing a couple of weeks back until I'm fully recovered but that's not going to stop me from trying.
If you've been sick, unmotivated or have just fallen off your routine let's start today. Baby steps is all you have to start with. Let's do this together! 💪🏻
