A new Uproot Kitchen email newsletter just went out, with a friendly nudge towards #BackToBasicsJanuary - a challenge I have run in the past to encourage home cooking + a healthy new year (who remembers?! 🙋🏻♀️). While I’m not running it this year since I was traveling, I’m still trying to implement some of my favorite takeaways from the challenge. One example?
