Was supposed to do a 3RM squat. Ended up with 2 singles & a triple at 300lbs. Guess I just need more warm ups. Pretty sure that’s the most times I’ve squatted 300!!! BONUS If you turn the volume up your can heat me drop a F bomb 2x.

Friday - always a busy day but worth it since it's almost the weekend. Decent one planned and I doubt there'll be much downtime. Love it.

Sprains are common. Especially inversion sprains of the ankle. Many times people panic and think their injury is way worse than it is. By knowing and understanding the three grades of a sprain, you'll be able to find the proper treatment you need.

If you sprained your ankle and there's some swelling and stiffness, don't panic. If you still have motion and can walk relatively painlessly, chances are you dealing with a grade 1 sprain.
If on the other hand there is complete loss of function of the joint, you may have suffered from a complete ligament tear or a grade 3 sprain.

So last week I hit 4x8 @ 160, with my last set at ten reps.... today I hit 4x8 @ 170, with my last set at 12 REPS 🤩 Something I do and I’m sure most people do is limit themselves on what they are capable of doing, it’s such an easy thing to do. I did not think I was going to get 8 for my last set with how sore and tired I was, LET ALONE TWELVE reps at all and you can see how shocked I was (second video wait till the end lol). Moral of the story don’t doubt or limit yourself just go for it hard, and know you gave your best attempt 🤷🏽‍♀️

Been a week of PR’s 😍 shocking after a week of eating and drinking 🙈😂 Hit 85lbx1 yesterday on bench and a 120lbx1 squat today. Beginner gains still coming! .

Sooo it’s been awhile since I’ve posted a video, this was from a week ago! 145 on a 2 heavy as possible rep for 3 sets....you guys, my 1RPM is 145! (Time to establish a new 1RPM) The fact I was able to hit this in my 2 heavy as possible rep for 3 sets is awesome for me!!! As a side note, I haven’t been able to do CrossFit consistently for weeks now because I’ve been recovering from a terrible case of strep that took me out a month ago but during the time I was on antibiotics and recovering, my Arbonne package came in and let me tell you what I’m in LOVE with their products, between their protein, probiotics, and greens balance it’s kept my body healthy enough to sustain and allow me to not lose hardly any muscle mass during my recovery which is phenomenal!!! Normally when I get sick or can’t hit the gym like I normally do 3-4 days a week, I’m done, I lose muscle gains like crazy. Another milestone and new PR!! Working up to my heavy set of 165 lbs... and getting 5 reps out of it!!! 💪💪💪 In my mind I still have my pre-surgery 1RM of 170-180 from over a year ago, so I’m still struggling to believe that not only have I recovered my strength but I have actually become stronger!! ✅ Approaching every new weight I’ve not done before (or in a long, long time) is still nerve wracking 🤷‍♀️ so thank you so much Nat, Zee and Jay for cheering me on today 😊😘☺️ @joesportstherapy .
