Happy Wednesday y'all❤️ even though it's hump day here are some staples from my back workout yesterday!
1️⃣Assisted pull-ups 3 x 10
2️⃣Pendlay Barbell row 4 x 12
3️⃣Lat pushdowns 3 x 12-15
4️⃣Standing close grip row 4 x 12 (I prefer this over seated because I feel more activation standing)
Reverse lat pulldown 3 x 12
High cable row 3 x 12
6️⃣Seated rope face pulls 4 x 12-15
And deeeeeen I did shoulders!
Do any of you have some bad a** back workouts for me to try?? Back day is my FAVORITE day!! What's yours??
