Workouts don't always have to involve burpees, lifting the heaviest weights or running squillions of miles. Mobility is so so important & is something people forget about. I've been really trying to open everything up which has helped me in the gym & everyday. Obviously any excuse for a @womensbest shake πŸΌπŸ‘€ So, tag someone who needs to brush up on their mobility & I promise they'll feel amazing after this πŸ’ƒπŸΌπŸ•ΊπŸΌ Aim to do mobility work & stretching at least 15 minutes 5 times a week & you should notice such a difference in your posture & energy πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ If your shoulders are in bits & this is impossible, the longer the broom the easier it is or try a towel 🍍 & if you don't fall over then you're not doing it right πŸ™„ @no_nonsense_pt you gat me hooked!

Well my MRI went well, by well, I mean it broke TWICE whilst I was in it, then they tell me they have to restart it which takes 20 mins or so, once it's 'fixed' I hop back in and I'm there for about 20-30 mins, the lady says 'not much longer this is the last one it'll last 2.5 mins' so I replied OK.....
After that 2.5 mins the lady says 'we just have to do another two scans as we've done the wrong area' 😏 oh how wonderful I think. She says 'just another 10 mins and we are done'.... how fucking wonderful, what should have been a 'quick scan' turned into an hour and half app..... β€’

*Update on Kylie* I was up a majority of the night trying to soothe Kylie's painful cries - not just yelps..long and loud screams 😣 I took her to the vet this morning and while we were sitting in the waiting room, she went into another one of her painful screaming spurts. This caused caused Kylie to be bumped up to be seen immediately, but I wasn't allowed to go back with her. They gave her a shot for pain and for anti inflammatory meds. All they could do at the vet is give her meds to make her more comfortable..and we've been referred to a neurologist since this is a recurring issue, but seems to be getting worse. β€’
We are seeing the neurologist at 1pm tomorrow, and will keep our furry friends updated as we receive answers. Please keep the positive vibes and prayers flowing, as I am a hot mess of a mama right now❀️

Yup, you're not alone. These are common stories we hear.
