Yup, you're not alone. These are common stories we hear.
In fact, my back once "went out" on me when I lifted a blanket! And this wasn't some ultra-deluxe, extra-warmth down comforter with some heft to it. It was a measly (but cute, nonetheless 😉) little throw blanket on my couch! Probably weighed half a pound.
