Hello Friends, once again...it’s accountability time!!! I’m 10 pounds above goal, I’ve been struggling and this weekend was ridiculous and I made some really poor choices with food. It was like I decided anything and any amount of food was okay...and I went for it!!
...
I didn’t let it bother me, didn’t beat myself and yesterday got in 21,000 steps, thinking all that hard work would make my crazy eating go away...but that didn’t happen!
...
I got on the scale this morning and I’m up at least 10 pounds from where I want to be. I was expecting my scale to be up but the number I saw scared me and made me realize it’s time to stop this pattern I’ve been in.

I’ve avoided my Weight Watchers meeting all month because my weight was above my goal range and I would have to pay. It’s not about the money but the fact that I’m afraid I’ll settle with being a paid Lifetime member and never look back.

So, I’m going to stop this pattern and get back to what got me to goal and a loss of 118 pounds. I’ve got to face my meeting and quit flirting with danger. This goes beyond slip ups on the weekend and has become a pattern that could easily send me right back to my starting weight if I keep going on this path.

Okay, just wanted to fess up and put it out there! Here it is the last week in September and I have to face the scale, I’ll have to pay my $14.95 and live with it and let it be a lesson instead of a disappointment.

So I've gotten off track just a wee bit these past few weeks. And I wanted to show you that it's not so much how you look that changes but how you feel. And oh em gee am I feeling it 🤦🏽‍♀️ so sure I can eat a couple pints of ice cream in a week and not lose all my progress but does it make me feel full of life and energy? Um no. Maybe like half a pint is more realistic for balance and not going into sugar coma 🤷🏽‍♀️ So while I believe in balance I also believe in moderation. And I find that those two go hand-in-hand when it comes to living your best, healthy, life.
So at the beginning of each week I typically lay out some goals to help keep me inline. One of mine this weeks is to stop eating after 8:30 because this is when I tend to mindlessly eat. Instead I'll drink tea or warm almond milk after that time. However, I am allowing 1-2 nights where I have a healthier treat in moderation. And that my friends is how you set a realistic goal that you can turn into a lifestyle. 🤓

🔥 WARNING - Long post 🔥Breakfast- turkey sausage and chia seed blueberry kodiak waffles! Lunch (swipe) - Port of subs 6 inch turkey sandwich! Let's jump on the honest train shall we?! I've kind of been MIA. Not gonna lie, planning a wedding, being a mom, and everything else in life gets crazy! Even without all of the excuses and just being real, staying on track and working out constantly IS HARD!!!!! Sometimes I don't want to track what I eat, I just want to enjoy life and eat what I want. And sometimes instead of working out when the baby naps, I want to take a nap because I am exhausted too!!!!! So lately, with life being crazy, I've just kind of been all over the place. I eat good and then I eat whatever (which is never super awful) but I gotta clean up my nutrition! Get back into my meal prep and my workouts! When I'm working out and eating right I feel so MUCH BETTER! I miss feeling lean AF and seeing all my amazing muscles come out to play! We get married October 14th and then go to HAWAII for our honeymoon!!!!!! When I get back, I'm getting my shit back together! Meal prep, working out, eating great, my shakes, etc! I don't want to be MIA! I wanna be here kicking ass! I've already started to get my nutrition back on track! I haven't gained any weight back but I definitely don't feel amazing like I used too! It has been a very busy school day. So happy I packed a good lunch and a snack. My @weightwatchers center was selling PB RXBAR, so I though I would finally try one. It's 7sp, but it was really good!
