I'll probably post a few more NYC photographs like this one to highlight the health and fitness aspect of the trip, but I'm officially back in the Peg City!
Day 1 of my reboot plan starts today and I'm excited about it! I'm starting to sweat on the stairmaster as I post this, and I couldn't be happier to be back at my home base @snapfitnesskdn.
Up next after the gym: major grocery shop. I quickly made some steel cut oats this morning and had them with a banana, 1/2 scoop @leanfitbrand protein powder, 1/2 TBSP chia seeds, and 1/2 cup berries, which will tide me over until I blast the blender and juicer later today.
My advice for getting back on the horse when it comes to healthy habits: jump in head first immediately! The longer you wait, the harder it is. I've been back for less than 12 hours and I'm putting the pedal to the metal.
