So work and mummy commitments have really impacted on my gym time this week. I have been left feeling particularly #whalelike and was absolutely thrilled when I was back from London in time to allow both hubby and me the chance to get to our gym classes. I rocked up #crossfitlineside excited about programming but badly prepared, two days of shitty salads (mine are just too damn good) and my last meal today being brunch. Needless to say, I struggled. The #rowing almost killed me off and that was #prewod ! I wobbled, had a few grey moments and thought I might pass out at one point but I’m stubborn and it was only 15 minutes of my day so I didn’t give up and I didn’t stop trying, I worked and I came home buzzing, as I always do. I wasn’t the fastest, strongest or best but #ididntgiveup .
