Reading week break = quick trip to Banff! Just relaxing in Starbucks drinking a coconut milk caffe Misto with sf vanilla (70 cals)! Also had some sugar free chocolate, so it’s been a lovely day. .
So last night I went to workout, and for the first time since starting university I felt completely burnt out. Like I couldn’t make it through a 20 minute HIIT because my body just didn’t want to do it. I’m thinking of taking these 2 days I’m here off and just walking and relaxing. Life’s been so busy lately, maybe I just need to give myself a break. There’s my little update, I hope you all enjoy the rest of your Monday!
