Transformation Tuesday 💪🏾 top 2013 bottom 2017. I would be lying if I said I've been consistent with my training. Tbh it has always been on and off. Not because I lose enthusiasm no. But, within these years, fitness wasn't my main life priority ...My career was. Still is. Most of the time I tend to stop training and eating well because I have to focus on my career. Whether to sit an exam, write a thesis, applying for jobs, move to a different city or whatever.... So I end up taking months off training. Having said that I'm still very impressed with my results. I've put X amount of work and achived X amount of results. Also my source of security come within myself not from other people. So I hardly pay attention to what other people are achieving. Therefore the battle between me against me continues😌👑

Back and Glute Gains 🍑 We find most people focus on what they can see from the front when they have a body goal... waist getting tighter, Abs becoming more defined, shoulders looking more shapely, legs looking a certain way etc but just take a look at your body from behind and you may get a pleasant surprise! We tend to hold lower body fat on our backs, but more on our tummys, so in this pic we can see where sticking to our diets recently has also been working 👌🏼 get a friend to help or set your phone on timer and track your progress from behind too!

Here's a little encouragement for those who may just be starting out. These pictures are 10 years apart. Over which time my body has changed several times for different reasons. I'm finally happy with the way it looks now but of course there's still a few tweaks to be made lol.

Face pulls er en veldig god øvelse for ryggen og bidrar til en god holdning.
Jeg slet lenge med å få til denne øvelsen fordi jeg var så stram i brystmuskulaturen, så kombiner gjerne med å tøye denne.
Fest et tau i en kabelstasjon litt over hodehøyde. Trekk tauet mot ansiktet og albuene ut mot siden. Skulderbladene skal trekkes tilbake og ned.
Denne øvelsen kan gjøres både stående og sittende.

So here I have two comparison shots of my Posterior Chain (Back, Hamstrings, Glutes etc.). In the left photos I was 3 days out from my BNBF Northern Ireland qualifier and the photos on the right are 2 weeks out from the BNBF British Finals. •
The main feedback I received from my qualifier was that my back shots had to improve. In order to do this I dedicated an extra day to just posterior chain in my training week. This meant those muscles were being hit twice in six days.

Looking at the difference between the pictures it is also evident that in May my lats were super tight and spreading them was an arduous task. However I have been going to @neuro_pain_clinic on a frequent basis and he has worked his magic in freeing up those areas in order for growth to occur. Can't thank Will enough for the crucial role he has played in aiding with my recent growth and I can't wait for everyone to see the complete package come October 1st.

What a difference a year of hard freaking work and good coaching does! These are both 4 weeks out from stage, the left 2016 when I came in my leanest, and the right this week 4 weeks out from my first of the season. This sport is one year at time, one meal at a time, one lift at a time and holy moly is it work! Some stats: I am 6.5 lbs heavier and 2% leaner at the same point in time, my prep is long, but my energy is wayyyy higher, and my lifts are still holding strong.
