I know im rinsing instagram lately. (sorry not sorry) but im buzzzzzin off everything rite now.
Today was my second session of pull from my push pull legs program.
Every lift from session 1 up by atleast 2.5kg, it'd be lless if i had fractional plates.. which i will be buying as 2.5kgs too much each session. ( this is 182.5kg and 202.5kg) so the goal is to do this each week until I no longer can progress with adding weight.
Keeping logs is keeping me so motivated and focused knowing exactly what numbers i've got to be putting up in a session.
Im actually having to mentally prepare myself each set! which is something I havnt consistently done for years!. loving life and lifting rite now!
