‼️‼️‼️PSA‼️‼️‼️BLOATING IS A REAL THING.
The left picture was me a few hours ago right before my workout, BLOATED AF. The right picture was just now after my workout. Not flexing at all and still a little bloated, but feeling a little less like a big bloated 🎃. Bloating is a real thing!!!! Your body can legitimately change in a matter of hours!!! Situation: I held off on most of my carbs until my pre workout meal and clearly my body didn't agree with me too much on that one.
After my workout the bloat died down.. like A LOT, but it won't be back to normal until tomorrow.
Don't get caught up in what your body looks like 24-7. There are many factors that go into it.
Reasons you might be bloating➡️➡️➡️
1️⃣Hormones-your period might be coming or it might have just ended.
2️⃣What you ate-I know personally I can't digest some vegetables very well so my stomach blows up.
3️⃣How much water you drank-the more dehydrated you are, the more your body will bloat because it wants to hold on to that water.
4️⃣Too much salt-usually if I go out to eat I bloat because of the amount of salt restaurants throw into their food. Or if I eat somewhat unhealthy.
5️⃣If you have to 💩-constipation will also do it to you.
There are so many factors that go into bloating!!! It's okay if you don't eat too healthy for a week. What ISNT okay is punishing yourself for eating unhealthy. You're only human which means you're not perfect.. you miss workouts.. you eat pizza.
Remember that having a positive mindset is way more important than having a flat tummy.
