3 movements to have in your PULL DAYS. ⬇️⬇️
PSA: You don't always have to do fancy moves to keep growing. Keep it simple, and keep good form.
These 3 movements are huge contributors in growing the wings (+pull-ups) - stick to the basics, and the improvement will speak louder than doing some weird shiz at the gym.
💡 Lat pull downs - SUCH A 🔑 in growth - keeping wide elbows and a wide grip to pull down to your sides with a sight backwards lean. Returning to the top for FULL extension before the next pull.
💡 Bent over BB rows - these are SO underrated. Find what best works for you in within the grip, some people feel more activation narrow versus wide etc - be sure to keep the back in a lock position and relax in the bottom position before the next pull.
💡 Wide grip mid cable row - I love using this attachment because it gives me more opportunity to squeeze my lats. Make sure here you are not sacrificing weight over form. Take the weight off, get the contractions going, and feel the burn, OK. Relaxing at the beginning of the movement is important before the pull.
