Move of the Day:
Bent Over Reverse Fly 🦅
1. Bend forward at a 90 degree angle holding a dumbbell in each hand.
2. Keep elbows slightly bent, as well as your knees.
3. Simultaneously raise your shoulders and arms away from the body so that arms are parallel to the floor.
