Got creative with today's workout (the rest of the workout is in my story). First exercise is a pulldown variation that is perfect for isolating your lats. Second clip is an exercise I made up because I couldnt resist hitting some shoulders lol. It's basically an upright row on the seated cable row machine and it was 👌🏼

M🍎cro Counting -- I’ve been on a macro program for approx 6 weeks now. I’m
about 80 percent compliant. It would be higher but I refuse to bring a food scale to restaurants.
The number one thing I’ve learned/realized is the importance of portion control. As you can
see from the pics above... The first pic resembles what I had considered “a bowl of cereal” It is also a
staggering 660 calories. Swipe right— that is a true “serving” of cereal at 110 calories. Is anyone crying?
I found this very upsetting when I first started counting macros. If you’re not crying yet…. wait until
I fucking show you what a serving of peanut butter and a serving of shredded mozzarella cheese looks like. Anyway, even if you're not looking to take that plunge into the psychotic fuckery of macro counting, and believe me I feel a little psychotic about it, I hope this helps you think about portion control. It's been very eye opening for me. Not in a good way. At all :(

I did this exercise as the first exercise of a superset. I think this exercise is called a Y fly and I superset it with low cable row. I recommend you giving it a go!
