Almost a 12 hour training day again...tired, and still sore from Tuesday’s back workout, but finished the day off with pull-ups in full kit. Like I always preach, do SOMETHING every day. Make that investment in yourself, even if it’s just a little progress. Started off as a leg day...finished off as a crap day...pinched my finger between the bench and 85 lb db...icing it now...tried to finish my workout after the initial almost passing out and throwing up feeling subsided, but I couldn't, my focus was gone... I figured if I kept going I'd hurt myself more...so now I'm taking a rest day or two...I can honestly say I am upset but I can handle the time away...hopefully...haha...the worst part about this finger injury is how it will affect my ability to type...I type about 100 WPM...come Monday I'm concerned how my documentation will occur... I refuse to dictate my notes... ugh...

Working the upper back: Single-arm face pull. You really want to target each side's upper back so avoid twisting your body. Keeping the inactive arm behind you helps minimize the twisting of your shoulders and torso.
