The pull-up is one of my all time favorites and is a killer back exercise. .
🌟 As always, health and longevity beat intensity - so don't sacrifice quality movement for reps. 🔑 On that note, the neutral (palms facing in) grip is how I do the majority of my pullups!! I recommend you do the same.

👣 Beginners should start with inverted rows, various assisted pullups, and "negatives" before progressing to full bodyweight pullups.

Varying your grip will also greatly assist in building strength and coordination.

This was after 100 band assisted pullups, so I only got 2 in 😜.... But DAMN. It has taken me almost 3 solid years of training heavy, proper programming, and a helluva lot of willpower to get where I am today, and I'm so proud to show what consistency looks and feels like 💪. Because it has taken me a LONG time to get here #backabs ! *

No matter what your goal is, PLEASE, do not stop striving for it! It may take you 6 months, a year, or 5 years, but be patient 🧘‍♀️. Fitness and good health should be a lifelong commitment. No matter if you prefer dancing, spinning, Crossfit, powerlifting... Just do what you enjoy!!! And stay consistent 💪. Results WILL happen when you refuse to quit 💯👊.
