Weather beginning to get warmer☀️ so that means it's time to start wearing a vest😝

Hit chest & tris today💪🏻 Currently I'm working on higher intensity workouts and it's certainly making a difference to my energy levels, I seem to get such a bigger pump and better workout out of it, but I'm so fatigued after. Following workout is below:

Chest and tris routine:
Bench press- (my pyramid routine-features in many posts go check them out🤗)
Incline bench DB press superset with close grip DB press then push ups-(video is on my page) 4 sets of 10 reps per exercise.
Cable fly superset-(high setting, medium setting,low setting) 3 sets of 12 per exercise
Tricep dips & rope pull downs superset- 4 sets of 12 reps each exercise.
Skullcrushers & close grip press with EZ bar superset- 4 sets of 12 reps.
I did multiple dropsets during this workout too.
Finished off with my ab workout (video on page)
Try to minimise rest and maximise output. Pushing yourself with little rest is so so beneficial in the long run. So really go for it as we're moving into the cut🔪

Shoulder Finisher 💦
Simple an effective ! Please please please do NOT neglect your upper body. Every since I trained upper body my waist looks smaller, I lift more on leg days and I feel so much better. Trust me
Method: 1 barbell needed
1) Clean & Press 8 reps
2) Followed by front raises 8 reps (wide grip)
3) complete with a further 8 reps of front raises (closed grip)
REPEAR 4 times
TIP: please try and keep your back straight and avoid bouncing your knees. Don't go crazy with weight use something light it's just a finisher ☝🏼

In this edition, we are taking a movement straight from the HS6 playbook and going over the sumo deadlift.

💡Now, there are some cues for this exercise to maximize benefits:
-
✅ Stabilize your core and scapula 👉🏼 we are always trying to create stability. By locking down your core and scapula, you can ensure that your upper body will be set and stable to perform this movement safely and effectively.

✅ Think DOWN & OUT through the floor 👉🏼 It is a common mistake to think of a deadlift as a “pulling exercise”. There is not a moment in time where you should be thinking about pulling the weight. You should be focused on pushing down and out through the floor with your quads.

✅ Think to squeeze GLUTES through 👉🏼 One of the most common mistakes in the deadlift is that folks tend to always think that “more is better”; This meaning, they may do a good job at squeezing the glutes through, but then they go past neutral - this can be dangerous - and risk injury. Instead, think to squeeze your hamstrings and glutes through to finish the movement at a neutral position.

❌ AVOID the mistake of allowing yourself to "pull& #34; the weight and flex/extend at the mid/low back throughout the range of motion.

Keep the head in a neutral position.

🏋🏼‍♀️ I would recommend starting with 4-5 sets of 4-6 reps. You will need to lighten the load to start and then once you better master your execution, work up the intensity. I like to use a straight up grip to warm up and then add in straps or versa grips as the weight gets heavier - my goal here is max stability and it can all start with your grip.

Se critica bastante a los men's pysique por el tema de la pierna, pero en mi caso yo entreno pierna igual y con la misma intensidad que otro grupo muscular💪🏻, pero el día de la competición se tapan por el bañador reglamentario😤.( en gemelo si que es caso aparte porque no lo entreno como debería y aspecto a mejorar🤓)
