Do you think that people that workout are super motivated everyday? Ummm, NO!
No lie, I hated every second of my workout today.
I woke up a little later than I wanted to, but wanted to get it done because we’ll be on the road all day today and I wanted to move a little.
Typically, I’ll get warmed up and energized for my workout within the first 5-10 minutes, but today, nope. I didn’t want to do any of the moves and wanted to go back to sleep. But I didn’t. I continued on. I got through it, and while it wasn’t perfect, it is done.
Motivation is not something that we always have, but it’s pushing through on these hard days that actually gets you to your goals. So just get out there, get it done, and move on!
