Happy #HumpDay! 🍑 First time doing glutes on a Wednesday in a long time! #IGrulebreaker 😜 I’ve only been getting in one solid leg day the past couple weeks and really want to get back to hitting the legs twice a week. I absolutely killed my hammies last Friday and I’m still feeling it today therefore I kept it light and stuck with more volume light weight exercises a long with bands and body weight exercises. I did this so I could recover quicker and get a solid leg day in on Saturday. If you haven’t tried that superset I posted about with the plate overhead walking lunges and the glute ham raise on the lat pull down machine then you should probably give it a try because I’m pretty sure that’s what got my hammies crying out for help the past 5+ days! 😳 Also haven’t been doing much cardio lately either so I finished up with some hiit sprints and boy was that rough. I did 6 intervals and was dying! 🙈 ________________________________________ So now I need to put together a good glute and hammie focused leg day for Saturday.
