1.front squats 3 sets
2.superset hexbar deadlift to highback squat
3.standing calf raises
4.leg press superset, smith machine stiff leg (romanian) deadlift.
5.hack squat variation focus on the glutes
6. Seated calf raise
7.open to your liking, any variation of lunges or one legg squats.
8. Call an ambulance and pray to lord gains to help you get home.
